At the moment only pick-up, but delicious as always!

Regrettable! Years ago we had good experiences that got worse over time. Now after the renovation and wg. of the coronavirus lockdown we tried again. The taste and quality have actually gotten worse. That was our last time.

I'm looking forward to the renovation. Didn't think it was that great before. Food is ok, the side dishes a bit too expensive for the size.

The correctness of the staff is truly impressive. The food was not the only thing that made eyes wide in this restaurant! I really like trying out new places and am constantly researching new places, but I will stay loyal to this restaurant. The place is always nice and we had a wonderful afternoon. The tables from the place were cleaned perfectly and the chairs were clean extremely convenient.

We were 4 people who "stumbled" over this place. All 4 burgers were tasty and a good size, the Sweet Potatoe Fries were actually some of the best I have ever had. Onion rings and dipps were good. Prices were fair. Service was good, but to personal. Maybe it's just because I am old and grumpy, but I did not go to Kindergarten with the staff nor am I their friend, and expect to be addressed in the proper form. That staff was sitting just outside the entrance and smoked while they loudly discussed internal issues did not help to create a good environment. If they clean up their act in the service area - this could be a good place.

Average burger shop with prices a little too high. You sit quite neatly. The hygiene concept also works well

The decoration on the tables and in the entire restaurant is sensible and stylish. The toilets are always clean and all in all the restaurant gives a harmonious impression. The selection of drinks was not bad for my sister and I! Not only the attentive staff was the total hit when I visited, but also the unique flair. I think the prices also absolutely ok.

My buddy and I really enjoyed the wide selection of desserts and will be coming back once again for a special treat. Enjoy this place, not too expensive. Met my sis here for supper, exciting ambiance but no waiting around. Location very convenient for an instant lunchtime, will be going to again. The staff were genuinely wonderful, my sister and I were definitely happy with their advice.

We are super excited !!! Mega friendly service. It was no problem to let the porridge warm up for our daughter. Every question was answered with a smile and you were very responsive to small visitors (paint things to bridge the very, very short waiting time). And the burgers were also from another star, very tasty. Absolute local potential. ??? And the proof that love somehow goes through the stomach.

Great Pulled Pork Burgers and Ice Tea!

The Burger Bank is more than a cheap burger chain. The choice between the many burgers is quite large and the choice of rolls makes the whole thing even more individual. The fries were delicious. The price of a burger + side dish is around € 12 - € 15. You could have a good conversation despite a lot of customers. I would love to come back here.

The burgers are tasty. The place is big and clean. Worth going with your family and friends.

Food was very good and the sauces and sides were also very good. 5 stars if the service would be a little more attentive. So wrong drink sizes were brought (small instead of large). Food took a long time while guests who came later were given food. Not enough comfortable places available - many bar stools.

Delicious. Been there a couple of times for lunch. Food is always great, burgers are juicy and the chips crack. Great: The burger can be prepared with different types of bread. And special requests are always fulfilled!

I love the way they decorate the food a d present it. The workers are friendly and easy to talk to. I love the soups there, beside the burgers of course ?

Everything great! A nice and cozy shop. The food and drinks were very good. The service was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend the Charlie Brown burger and the homemade lemon tea. We will be back.

If you don't speak German, this is a good place to eat! The servers speak English and the menu was pretty easy to figure out. We shared a salad and fries. Absolutely delicious food at a fair price in the heart of the charming old shopping area. Tip the servers! I don't think they see it much here.

Had the Ribs with coleslaw and cheesy fries with chilimayonnaise. Nothing less than 5 stars! Simply the best ribs i’ve ever had. That combined with a good service just makes the experience at Burger Bank perfect. :-)

I felt full after the burger!

Good burgers. In fact one of the best I have eaten in Kiel. Great ambiance and service too. Definitely recommend if you want to have some nice burgers in Kiel.

Pros: Lots of space usually, kid friendly, lunch deal with free drinks, affordable, friendly. Cons: Better burger options in price range, kinda grungy, smoke in bathroom once.

I have visited this place in the past and hence decided to go there with my family on 19.06.2017 approx 19.30. Unfortunately we got dealt by a rude unfriendly waitress who had taken a dislike to us. The other blond waitress was very good and friendly whom I directly tipped. So if you want a good burger go their. If you're asian origin think twice. Tip for the owner, filter out your racist staff please.

Coming from the US.... It is too fancy for a burger place. I love the atmosphere there. Good food!

They have really good burgers, They serve burgers on wooden plates and I think the wooden plates are not a hygenic option. because they are not easy to clean.

I was there for lunch. I ordered a BBQ burger. This was prepared within 15min. The burger was very well presented, so that you could also see the individual ingredients. All ingredients were very fresh and the burger tasted great too. For every lunch there are still homemade ice tea in the menu, which I highly recommend.
